About these terms

These terms describe use of the Saito Gemu website operated by SaitoGemu Inc. Please contact contact@saitogemu.com with questions. Our services are offered to businesses across the United States.

Website information and professional services

This website describes IT Advisory (CIO/CISO), AI Solutions, and Managed IT & Cybersecurity. Specific deliverables, pricing, support arrangements, service levels, confidentiality obligations, and data protection requirements are established in a separate written agreement. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement.

References to compliance standards describe supported areas of work. The obligations applicable to a particular customer and system must be assessed within that engagement. Website content is not legal advice, and no technology service guarantees that a customer will meet every regulatory requirement.

Inquiries and callbacks

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a callback does not create a services contract. The current callback form prepares an email using your email application. You must send that email yourself, and a proposed appointment is subject to confirmation. Published 24/7 support availability does not guarantee a specific response or resolution time for every inquiry; agreed service levels govern client support.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, transmit malicious code, or misuse contact features. Do not send passwords, patient records, financial account information, or other sensitive material through the general inquiry form.

Intellectual property

Website materials are owned by SaitoGemu Inc. or their respective rights holders. Access to the website does not grant ownership of those materials. Rights in client deliverables are governed by the applicable written services agreement. Third-party names and standards remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains current website data practices. If you choose to use an external service, such as your email provider, its terms and privacy practices apply to that service.

Availability and mandatory rights

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but information may change and access may be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Separate signed services agreements govern responsibility for contracted services.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable United States federal law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. We encourage you to contact us first about concerns. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights that applicable law protects.
